There's something intensely intimate and yet releasing, writing these notes in the sand, knowing that the thoughts are "out there" and yet will be dissipated within hours of leaving them. Bittersweet but healing, I think, and part of the ebb and flow of life. Wonderful to be able to "hear" your voice in my "inner ear" now. I can imagine your pace and easy rhythm as you would speak this. TY LOL Kate xx
