"I Had A Dream"

I had a dream
Floating across the pale pink morning sky
Soaring in the wind

Bright smile upon my face
As the sun embraced my soul
I could hear the wind whispering my name
As the sand tossed to the bottom of the ocean
Waves down below

Brushes shoulder with the white sand
Fluffy cloud blowing warm soft kisses to me
Silent shores invite the seagulls
Flying next to me… my very best friend
And in my dream
I can hear the winds song
Whispering your name
Calling me softly… come home to me
As my dream lasted as long as my sleep
{Wished you were the one lying next to me}
My dream always takes me to you
Hoping you awaits me there
In the pathway of love
For as I will awake soon
My pink won’t fade away

Tread softly, for you tread on my dreams... and we will all want to pass lightly around this one Tinka, cos it is so tranquil and delicate that none would want to disturb or interrupt it. I have a dream of this type about once in a pink moon, but it is very special when it happens and lives in the fabric of my being for days. And today is one of those days!! Wahoo!! This is like a brilliant poetic bubble that we hope will never burst and would just love to see it sail away forever. Neat! TY Kate xx

Such a place is so wonderful to visit even if only a short time in our dreams. Great imagery and insight in this one Tink.

You remain the romantic, Tinka, never completely giving up hope and writing lovely, enchanting words that take us away.
