I refuse to write
My thoughts
Placing them, on virgin parchment
As you wished me, to scribe upon.
We've distant, ourselves
To endless fields of no return
Feudal attempts, to re-embrace
Have failed
That old time magic
No longer present
Has escaped
Through slippery fingers.
Our hands reach, To each other's
Finger tips
Stretching to their limits
Where space, separates contact
Grasp was impossible.
Enthusiasim
Was missing, from your behalf
Your words now dry
The chohesiveness
Of a wanting heart
Lacked
The minds desires, to scribe.

We Floridians must stick together. Michelle
I will always read you no matter how you feel about writing or what you write that day, and as for Charley, he is gone, worry now about Danielle and Earl...take care of yourself, Ed & Rufuz
A people’s heart can be found in their poetic words. In history men and women have stood firmly upon their soapboxes and street corners, rallying the deepest beliefs of people to rise up and be heard. The poetrypages.com has offered that voice a new
