I love you
She has never uttered
As thought the word
Was a four letter
Vulgar description
Known not in her vocalbulary
Yet she has never left
My side
Together we've survived
With kisses of nectar sweet
And moments of passions
unfolding ecsrasy
That dwells deep within us
Desiring to be set free
yet never
I love you
She ever said to me.
By my side, she has stayed
Through thick and thin
In moments of recoveries
She never failed me
always by my side
When my eyes opened
I am welcome
Back to reality, with a smile
Holding my hands
without saying a word
Her eyes, tells me
I am here
With that in mind,
I never known fear.
I love you, I softly said
Slowly closing my eyes
With a gesture
Of a gentle squeeze
Of her hands
She knows
I am thanking her
For always being here
By my side
chasing away
That other word
"Fear."
This book represents a thirty-day period of my poetry journal. Each poem addresses
the dominant thoughts occupying my mind during the early morning hours of a given
day.
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
"Love, Just A Word" is a romantic poetic grand.
Gratefully,

I can so very much relate to the fact that the word or meaning of love does not exsist for some people!!
Take care my friend!!
