Have you ever woke
One beautiful morning
Without a care
In the whole world?

It happened to me
This very morning
Woke up feeling grate
And that was before
I medicated myself.

You know those early morning
Aches and Pains, deep in your bones
Hand, wrist, feet
In every step you attempt
to stride.
As you stumble into the bathroom.

Yes they are still there
But I didn’t feel them
I was feeling so good
As I approached the mirror
Greeting my reflection.

“How you doing pal?”
I said to myself
Oh! By the way
Have you ever talked
To yourself, out loud?

That’s Ok, That’s OK
As long as you don’t
Lose the argument
Anyway so
I see my reflection
In the mirror.

I said I feel great today
To the guy in the mirror
Who stared back at me
Stating
“We need a shave today pal”
And try not to cut me.

I love it...I think we are all guilty of talking to ourselves every now and then...and I love those mornings when I wake up and all is well with the world, no cares, no worries, and just being a free spirit. Great write my friend...aint it great to be alive!

When the guy in the mirror starts talking back I know that a cup of black coffee is urgently needed.
Oh darn!!! I forgot to put the dumb seat down...again, oh well, she will find soon enough how cold a porcelain toilette bowl can be.
Nice...yaaaaawn...one.

Don't ya wish every day was this way?
