... Don’t Make a Sound

In my mind, where treasures are private
I find you there exploring the space
Orating the moon and stars
Seeking my cheek with fingers that trace
Innocent beating so quiet, rebounds
Caressing my hair as your fingers embrace
Don’t make a sound…don’t make a sound

The heart that is filling
The power that grips
Embracing the evening
Mine dares to skip
Innocent beating in hushed…rebounds
Don’t make a sound, don’t make a sound.

Did you feel me tremble
As eager words slipped
When slowly we strolled
When hips were to hips
Embraced by a chance in the cold night air
Snuggle me closer and please dare to dare.

I’ll sit at your feet and kiss every word
Embrace your need with curve upon curve
Succumb to your wishes
As our moans rebound
Then don’t make a sound,
Please, don’t make a sound.

Tell me a story about the moon
Take me to Venus while I swoon
Let’s ride the comets and chase our own space
As I brush away phosphorous from your face
Swing on a dare as Novas rebound
Shhhhh, don’t make a sound
Don’t make a sound!

I like the repetition of the line Don't make a sound. as you bring it all together to be able to read and see when the openings arise.

Very moving and very powerful and sensuous. I can see and feel this.
You have a way with words that is so wonderful that words can hardly
describe it. Beautiful

An ode to silence, so pure, so sensuous.
I love this line: "Embrace your need with curve upon curve".
Well done, with a very suitable picture.

Your pictured thoughts leave one with an aroma...an aroma of thought searching for the encounters of which you so sensuosly bring forth upon the images so well expressed and so pressed upon the reader's mind...

I hate Richard. He always says it so eloquently . . . Or sumptin' . . . But you DO have a way about you in your poetry, which, if I am not mistaken flows from your inner self . . . After saying that, I'll say this . . . You are Mistress of the Sensuous . . .

How weird ... I was reviewing one of your pieces just as you posted this one. Like I said on the last one; you are a consummate romantic with a deft ability to move the heart and senses. Blessings and love ...
Richard
