I'd Search Your Eyes


I'd like to say that I am eased, my comfort speaks in sighs

I'd like to sit and warm my form with visions of your eyes

I'd see the play of oceans; the waves of lifetimes spent

In deepened art emotion and palettes ... rainbows sent

I'd see the pain and sorrow...reflected in the years

I'd spy into tomorrow...choke back the love and tears

I'd search for the pathways that'd give my thoughts to you

I'd relish all the singing from deeper love so true

I'd hold to all the happiness that fate has given thee

I'd be the one holding you there...the form in thee is me

I'd realize the dreams were real and right before your eyes

I'd kiss your lids , your nose your lips and seal it with my sighs.
