Mother I've come to talk to you today.

My life hasn't been going my way.

Mom, you don't have to say a word.

Just listen and maybe pray to our lord.

I've cut the grass planted the flowers like you asked.

Oh, My families alright.

But as you see I try with all of my might.

I try not to forget I remember what your face looked like.

You have been gone for so many years.

Which has caused me to shed thousands of tears.

I do as good as I can.

 I just can't let this be.

Since you left us I just ran,

So that you could talk to God and save.
