Can you grasp that

the seeds of doubt,

has permeated my mind

like a fatal disease?

I allowed you to plant

them so firmly, take root

that a massive back hoe is

necessary to unearth.

I am unsure what it will take

to restore my sense of balance

once again, but I too mourn the

life of ecstasy, beauty of our love

…for just a minute,
