Sinking into the cavity of depression
My brain cells feel lifeless
Goodness does this girl/woman have an iron hold of me
I parted ways with her eons ago
Thinking back that was the wise thing to do
My children were and are the most important in my life
Did satan rule my thoughts
Why did I contact her, certainly not to feel pain
My spiritual beliefs must become dominant again
I can not leave any door open to the devil
I will with the help of GOD overcome this feeling
Love is still with me
I have my GOD
And I have a son, daughter, and grand daughter
All of whom are my treasure
So goodbye evil one, I am not listening

If you are talking about your recent encounter with your old friend, don't be this way. Stop beating yourself up because I must say that after 38 years your friend certainly won't expect anything more than friendship from you. Sometimes we are too hard to ourselves and imagining all kinds of sins that are never there and will not be there. You have the right to make new friends, even from your old groups of friends.
