Just to hear her say it, would be glorious to me

I have heard the beautiful blonde sing it to the world

My imagination is paramount, because I fantasize it is to me

But Oliva is singing to the world

I the hopeless romantic would love to hear someone say it to me

Those magic words, I love you

Someone I still hold dearly said to me once, I never loved you

It caused me to have a breakdown of epic proportions

My whole life has been of rejection

While others had a childhood I lived in torture

Never do I blame my Mom because she had her own demons

The ladies with the black cloaks seen to that

So I reach out to kind ladies

Somewhere even in my December years I wait on her

She must be somewhere on this planet Earth

Maybe even in Phoenix Arizona

She may come to my door

I no longer can look for her

My thoughts turn to the dead mans lament

Never was I loved, not even into death

I feel the searching of your heart, friend. The search seems to never have ending, yet the feel has a comfort, at times. The dream is, perhaps, greater than the reality, and the reality would never suffice. You write clearly and forwardly--very little is left to guessing. I truly hope that love resides in Phoenix AZ--looking for you, too. Thanks for sharing your feelings, here, Tony.

Oh Tony this touches me deeply...a powerful write indeed from the depth of your heart! Yet soon I pray you will soon hear those magic words, "I love you" Yes I pray Tony you will feel the warmth of love too, for you have such a heart of compassion and love! God bless you for sharing so powerfully, I will pray even more for you, that God will strengthen and sustain you during this time and always!

Much Love,
Margaret

P.S. Appreciate each time you stop by!!!

Tony, The best advise I can give to you is to open the curtains and let the light in all around you! The next thing you need to do is reach out to the friends that love you for you who are. I know what it is like to be abused and rejected. It stings like a knife and you fight to hold your head up! My father in law that is 97 told me something really important. If you rest then you will rust. Getting off the computer and getting outside for some fresh air helps me when I'm down...What I'm saying is we all have had difficult times at some time in our lives...Some can't forget and are miserable while others stand tall. You deserve to feel love because you give it!!! You are loved by so many...Hold your head high and get outside. There will be a special someone when you least expect it! Love never comes a knocking when we want it to...If you love yourself you will find happiness!!!! Your friend, ~Chessly

You deserve the kind of love you give Tony. May it be yours now and always. Lovely poem, poignant. Poetry is for the expression of feelings, never bridle your feelings be they positive of negative, they are all a part of who you are as a man and a poet.

A WELL WRITTEN LAMENTATION...FROM THE HEART AND SOUL OF ONE STILL 'REACHING'...OUTSIDE OF ONESELF FOR THE LOVE THEY FELT THEY NEVER HAD. SOMETIMES TRUTH IS HARD TO TAKE...BUT IT IS FAR BETTER THAN A LIE. GOD BLESS AND LOVE, JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Tony:

You shouldn't spend your whole life resenting things. A lot of people didn't have much of a childhood. I didn't either. I was raised by my servant who was hired just to look after me, after I've gone back home to live with my parents after the death of my grandfather. But all in all I don't blame my parents for anything. If I had to write about my childhood, which I had already, there were still plenty of good moments from both sets of my grandparents that I can think of writing.

Circumstances make the person, not our fathers, not our mothers; we owe it to ourselves to make ourselves happy. You have to be happy within yourself in order to receive happiness from others. You have to feel love within yourself and love yourself in order for others to give love to you.

You just have to open yourself up to more receptive to joy from the most simplest thing in life and not be resenting moments of unhappiness.

I have had a lot of unhappiness in my life too, but I have almost forgotten them, because they're not worth thinking about and remembering. I sorted out the good moments in my life and I called that "my life" and it works great for me because when I think about those moments of happiness it makes me happy too.

When I die, I die a happy person, because it's all I can remember - being happy!!! Having lived a good life inspite of some hardship.

Be more positive, so to receive positive energies into your being. Think of something good in your life, even for a period at some points in time, and store them in your memory, and always remember to think about those happiness. In time you will be a much happier person.

Love you, my dear friend,

Sandie Angel :o) XXX

Tony, You are loved, by me, by all who know you here on AD,,never say that you have not been loved for if you do say that out to the Universe your words will become reality..Only spin it around and say, I am loved, I love myself, now send me the love of my life...Positive energy, gets your desires heard and it shall happen...

Much peace, LOVE, and light,
Amber "V"

She'll be at the flea market, Tony! Kind ladies are everywhere...you'll know it's her when you see her behind her trinket table on her rent space sippin' on a cool one. Could be some turquoise and silver in the deal! Stay away from the pool halls, only go in to buy a cigar! Flea market, Tony!

Sage
