Sometime I wonder about maturation, even within myself. How do you learn to smile and laugh when almost everyone around you has a frown. How do you learn to cry when all you hear is, " a mans not suppose to cry?" How do you learn anything when you're not experiencing nothing. Nothing but other humans denying their humanity. This poem isn't advice or a display of attempted wisdom. It is as it is, just a group of words put together by me. Just another trying to think man.
If you're not at least 55 percent sure, you're not really mature. And this percentage, is low after a certain age. Being grown doesn't mean mature, or that your heart and soul are pure.
Many adults won't grow, their progress moves slow. Some children grow too quick, later on life puts them is a trick. The world moves on fast, don't grow, you'll become part of the past.
If you don't know joy, the devil will destroy. Even if you know, he'll still try to get in your flow. If you can't laugh and smile, you don't have the wisdom of a child. If you can't cry, your humanity you deny.
Out of all our human features, our humanity seperates us, from the other earthly creatures.
I sometimes banter about thoughts and words like this myself, G. Sometimes I think it is only our ability to laugh that separates us. Good write. Peace.
