but many let it pass

Love can make us
laugh and cry
Can't much blame those
who strongly defy
because of all the bull crap
that does apply
Makes no never mind
which is basically the find
so goes the bump and grind
Please at least try to
treat your fellow man kind
while he hates you to the max
and just like the IRS
your fellow man will collect tax
He'll tax your azz
while he prays forgiveness
for his trespass
We can't blame God that
this gift seems to fail
but for sure we can blame
the devil in hell
Go sit in the holy house
for a spell
you'll hear the same devil's
scream out and yell
Lord please save poor me
I'll be here every sunday
just wait and see
Come monday their patience
ends before the count of three
Yes, indeed. There are always those who sin like mad on Saturday, praise God on Sunday, and sin again first thing Monday --- if not before. I know a couple that will cuss each other all the way to church, sing God's praises in church, and cuss each other all the way home. It's no way to live.
