We the fools
in order to form a
more perfect union
Elects a president
for the white house resident
We call him the leader
but very few will follow
The real leaders in charge
own the dollar
The wealthy and rich
do scratch their itch
Year after year we play
this game
using the president by name
On him we put all the blame
If he does good or bad
it's always the same
Then he gets hit with the shame
While we're playing hocusfocus
the rich are playing hocuspocus
They continue to hit our pockets
We continue to list the blame
in the presidential dockets
How much were those rockets
a rich company put billions
in their pockets
We didn't even need
the public would plead
If they really knew the rip
everyone would trip
Of course
we hardly have a choice
because we continue to rely
on one mans voice
A voice speaking loud and proud
but heard silent in the fools crowd
We the fools need representation
in this screwed up nation
or we don't really have a relation
And very few can figure the
billion dollar equation
Ask some of the guilty super wealthy
they play dumb with a jive explanation

From the land of the milked and honeyed here’s a few political faux pas and a bit of attitude exposed to the harsh light of a Canadian who actually has their own opinion.
