To hold the unbridled reins.
Of a wild heart untamed
To cry these tears without the pain
To never know you feel the same.

To hold to memories we know not why..
The past cannot be denied..
To ourselves we tell many lies..
To avoid the heart break of good-bye.

Time seems to fly so fast..
Like we are characters in a movie cast..
Wish that our friendship could outlast.
All the baggage from the past.

Ahh if only we could begin again..
I would never let you go my friend..
There would be no past no clocks, no end
If only time we could transcend

I do not want to live with your hate ..
For that I know I am to late..
To fix what is set by fate..
To take away my greatest mistake..
