A devil can not get trapped inside the body of an angel. But many people when describing about the nature of women give a short-sighted reasoning of this type. I can neither agree with them nor disagree. I don't know where I can find myself in this timely argument. At the back of my mind I see women as harmony laced with pain which you must take them that way. In many relationships or even marriages peace is a commodity in severe shortage and yet you find no issue that can be brought up as a case of conflict or disagreement. Women, as I believe were created for love and life. If she brings in some problem in the relationship, then you must check where the system went wrong. I'm sure you will find it. And mostly it is men who take the blame. But not all women are like that. There are some women who insinuate confusion as a way to bargain love. Beware of them.
I can't understand this woman
She is a strange creature
I think she is a real devil
In my wide romantic vision
She is sometimes a blind spot
She is a source of trouble
She tampers with my feelings
Breaks the emotional balance
Puts me off before I take off
I can't understand this woman
She is a wonderful creature
She is the source of inspiration
I think she is a real angel
When I am not anymore alive
She breaths life into my soul
Puts me back into action
Brings me joy and harmony
I can't understand this woman
She is an alien from outer space
I think she is a piece of a meteor
Or an Island resurfaced in the ocean
Sometimes she is a romantic genius
She drives me crazy with love
She crowns me as her love king
But for some irrational reasons
I get unseated from the throne
On the sands of jealousy I walk
I can't understand this woman
She is capable of everything
One time she is a sweet milk
But soon she turns to be sour
I have no strength to stand this
My moral fiber has been weakened
I must stay away from this woman
She is a mixture of many things
But without she I can't push life
It is a pleasure to be with her
Because she is a necessary pain

Nicely presented, I agree with Kate and Sherry. Male or female we are all jsut human beings trying to make it through this life and I think that most of the time none of us know what the heck we are doing most of us just do the best we can.
This is a marvelous poem! I love its energy! "Tis true, one's greatest source of joy, can also be a great source of pain and confusion, and yet, how sweet is the aroma and lure of the opposite sex! We, both male and female, are creatures of complex natures and I'm not sure if we'll ever figure each other out, however, as they say, "We can't live with em, and we can't live without em! Sooo? Good write!

Very insightful write. Our mates can drive us to wonder about the opposite sex. I don't think there is a woman that understands a man either. Often I find the emotional cry is often a reflection of an emotion man cannot feel within himself.
Don't feel too bad about seeing the conflict that is indeed woman, it confuses even us. The problem is that we women are emotional beings to the nth degree. I believe that men move a bit more from the physical. Still, without one another, we would all be lost. This is a wonderful poem that shows your understanding within your lack of understanding. I think we must learn patience and flexibility to survive and the gender differences certainly do teach us this.

A beautiful composed write on the mystery that surrounds a woman who can leave us speachless with their beauty and charm, or hold us breathless with alarm. But inside their heart is a love no man can match.
There is a dual attribute to conflict, as there is to harmony, and it is that, in one or the other context, those involved are not only dealing with someone else, but also with themselves. This means that, when involved in a context of conflict with others, the person will invariably, at some point, experience self-conflict as well; And in addition, it means that, in a context of harmony, all involved will certainly sense and participate, collectively, but also individually, in that same harmony. Through this excellent poem, written in the language of someone who cares deeply, and thus aims to look at a cherished relationship from all different perspectives, you provide endless food for reflection, dear Abdi-Noor. Thank you for sharing this broad, non-judgmental, loving vision.
