Everything you see in this world has a face and that is where you first enter before you discover the rest. If the entry point (the face in this case) is not welcome then you will have some difficulty establishing a sound relationship with that sort of personality. Purity of moral conscience is the mirror that reflects the character of the person.

I think it is wise to invest on the person and move upwards to create a nation based on preservation of national integrity, democracy, justice and human rights. Unless we spend time and capital on the person we can not expect to have a stable nation with viable political and economic institutions. It is like wasting energy on how to put a roof on a house that lacks the proper foundations on which the roof would stand on.

How rich or strategically important it is
Make sure you have a proper government
