To me poetry is a way of re-inventing myself, cleaning myself from the dust of lethargic feelings. Happy to be back after a long break. Have missed you so much
A poet must write often As otherwise his soul Shall get as dry as a bone While his mind is filled By shadows of emptiness Reducing him nothing More than a den of ineptness Where indifference and apathy Take charge at full swing Like snakes in an abandoned well �

Welcome back. It certainly does help to write about it to help get it off one's chest.

In your case, the problems are huge, but hopefully, not insurmountable. There will be peace someday in Somalia.
