Inner Sanctum

There is a unknown way , that Salvation knows , leads to my Inner Sanctum .

And if you consent , He wil lead you there , bound by a Royal Tie .

Time drifts alone , and Memory is stalled , and two lovers come into view ,

But no power on Earth , can shatter our new Divine Bond .

I'll whisper your name , and you'll cherish the Way , and take it with your Right Hand ,

For you now know , Love will always be discovered within my Inner Sanctum .

Intertwined and Threaded in the Vine of Light , this Union can never be broken ,

For we have been Chosen , and Nowone

The title should be "Vive Les Differences". You are 100% right, of course, but I'm sure you will suffer the slings and arrows of outraged "pro lifers" (who are really anti life since they wish to drown the earth in bodies until there's no longer room for them to stand or food for them to eat. (Perhaps they will eat each other then.)

God, Sara, when you speak volumes, I can hear you as well as read you! Isn't it interesting that it's really only religion that tries this 'goose-step' approach to people, discouraging us from our glorious differences? A rapid run-through of some of the most horrendous attacks of one human to another has organized religion written all over it! God must even lose track, sometimes, trying to keep it all straight. One God? 50 million interpretations? Thank God he gave us 'free will'... we need it to choose NOT to follow what humans try to lay on us. Damned glad I got to this one, Sara! Carry on... katy xox.

very true is your comment....
as a Catholic, I was taught to think that the Pope was infallible in all things pertaining to the Catholic belief....therefore what he said ..was Law...and could never be challenged...the threat of commiting heresy chilled the bones...
So many similarities I now see in the US policy of invasion....inflict ones policies on others....so the world will eventually think as we do....

Your piece indeed warrants deep thoughts...

I agree with your statement wholeheartedly, Sara.

Although this country was built by many diverse immigrants with extremely diverse lifestyles, backgrounds, religious beliefs, etc., we are all soon pigeon holed and force fed a homogeneous way of life - from the clothes they want us to buy, to the junky homogeneous fast food joints they constantly push on us.

Diversity should be embraced and cherished, and studied, and ancient noble heritages should be passed down to our children, who should also be taught that 'Different' is Good; not bad.
