Don’t read another word I write
As I am sick of this fight.
Reading through a few poems tonight
I unhappily realized he was right.
Just because I can occasionally rhyme
Does not mean that I am a writer for all time.
As it takes a special essence to express the sublime
With the insight of a true poet, line by line.
It takes more than a sentence or two
Penned as if all of life is imbued.
To be a writer one must see life’s residue
And prosaically compose a ripened lyric as if it were overdue.
I can see that I am not such a person
But I enjoy the challenge to improve myself, not worsen.
Will I write tomorrow that is surely certain,
Just don’t expect it to be too pertinent.

What is wrong with you........you a great writer.....and a better ranter.....so write one hell of a ranting write and spit all those dark moods out.....you are very good in those....as you called "Sex...y" ones...lol

Supergirl you are just that a SUPERGIRL! Do not let the residual sludge that runs amuck in others lives and now quite obviously in their critiques bring you down into the depths of their own cess pools of life. I remember reading your before I left for awhile and as this piece here shows...YOU ROCK...so you take out that paper and pen or lap pad and write...write...write...OR...type...type...type...for remember in the end it does not matter what anyone thinks, only you yourself!

Sara, thicken your skin and take out your pen and write a hundred times, "those who can write, those who can't criticize real writers". As for me, I'd rather write trash, than trash someone else's writing, it shows a lack of intelligence and breeding.

I just write.....I don't really care what anyone say's about my writing. My nose is too far in the air!! <----jk....haha
