In and Out of My Life

As quickly as you slid into my turbulent life, you slid out without any sign

My heart is bruised, but beating I guess sometimes bruised not broken is fine

Life will continue as it should, but my personal space is a bit quitter with you gone

I will never forget you, and will meet again down the road of life, God’s favorite song

Just hope you okay out in this big world, and no need to cry, I cried all the tears for both of us

Sure you are not alone, just hope someone gives all their love to you my angel, and no fuss

We had fun for a while playing those mind control games, but time for those tricks are over

Next time it is raining outside I will be thinking of you, and know you too are in deep cover

Ain’t life a mystery and why our path’s ever crossed only God can tell?

But his purpose is we both make it through to the other side, and are quite well.

So take care my love, and be safe when God throws you his next challenge in life

Remember, you are only as prepared as your past history, and hope I didn’t cause too much strife

It’s all about learning from our guides and teachers, and helping those other love ones what we learned

Just wish it wasn’t so confusing all the time, and just as you get closer to the truth, you get burned

Guess that’s just way things go in life, it’s giving up control and accepting whatever is presented to you

Be fortunate my friend because this gift of wisdom we shared is only allotted to a few

So see you sometime on the other side of the road when our paths cross once again

And thank you for just being there my dearest friend…
