Rumors ... don't pay attention.

Poem Artwork

Unable

Unable to resist my attraction
but, to you, I'm mere dust in the saddle.
I have waited long for you to approach
me.  You seem to be lacking all interest.
Is there something wrong?  Have you another?
We only have romance while in this life.
You have ignored all of my flirtations.
Unable to believe rumors of you,
that you are NOT inclined toward women,
I don my best duds as Rodeo Queen.
The devil, riding side-kick, made me rush
across the arena to be near you.
I caught you embracing another guy.
Me, you spied.  Your eyes told me, "Come over!"
Unable to resist invitations,
I jumped off of my saddle and then ran
into your widely opened arms.  We kissed,
long and hard, for what seemed an eternity.
"My brother just won himself a gold belt ...
and I, personally, prefer WILD women!"

Unable to resist ... sealed ... with a kiss.

Sandra, you deliver this very well, the suspense and uncertainty leading to the certainty and satisfaction at the end. Enjoyed this very much.
