With help from me, Doogie is composing poetry again :)!
I took a chocolate chip cookie
I wanted to keep
And put it on top of my head
All of my friends began to laugh
(I started to weep)
“Cookies go in your mouth,” they said
But I wore my cookie to bed
And smashed it instead
My cookie was crumbs; I was red
If you want to keep a cookie
Put it in your lunch
It’s delicious . . . something to munch
But it makes a mess in bed.
