LIGHT AND SHADE When I drew you the light was kind the pencil soft; half of you in the sun, half of you in shade.

With just a few masterful delicate strokes, the lines of this poem fill the canvas of one's imagination with the creative brilliance of the poet-artist and the intriguing presence of the subject rendered. A moody, absorbing, and admirable write.

Only a true artist's eye could capture both sides of the coin at once and hold that tension in a visualised, actualised whole...
