We live in the tales of ourselves, and ignore as best we can the contradictions, and the lapses, and the abrasions of plot against our mortal souls....... Gregory Maguire, A Lion Among Men BREATH BY TREASURED BREATH In pages we live, yet much is unwritten By exercised breath, we prime our submissions While all we reject, tip all we compile Like treasures of gold, the dazzle beguiles Counterfeit glitter, may cover true coin Yet strewn cross a table their cover conjoins Sum all in tallied ledger accounts Preference to cloak, betrays by miscount All that is saved,compiled by lines Registered squiggles, the veins of our lives Beneath the curves, and over the bends By exercised breaths, our stories extend PAX A 12/12/08

Yup, the accumulated pages of our breath amounts to both fiction and fact depending on the mood or need of the moment and also where we wish to place the relevent punctuation mark.
Improvisation leaves its mark too.
