Am I only a romantic
for ye I once belonged
Standing afore the mirror
Dabbing perfume with my love
To stand upon the terrace
looking down into yer eyes
ye on bended knee
holding a surprise
The fading flowers given
of days that be bygone
sweet fragrance I remember
and how we once belonged
Ye said Milady dear
please honor me yer Knight
for every battle fought
It’s thee I keep in sight
Aye strange I have not seen ye
for many moons have passed
yer templar you held high
ye fought unto breaths last
And when dear friend had fallen
Sir Percivale said to me
Sir Lancelot my dear lady
sends his love to thee
Ye are his sweet spring flower
Ye are his moon at night
Ye are his sweet sweet heaven
Lady of the lake for all he fights
Upon his dying breath
before me fingers kissed
he grasped my hand to say
for milady please give her this
And upon thy bended knee
I humbly do give
sweet kiss he left for ye
thine love shalt ever live
