When a proper state figure is committed
For running the government business
He'd keep his faculties lodged
In the five internals fully unemployed;
His power of seeing and hearing
Is not displayed while he is motionless;
As a devoted successor of his ancestors,
His authorized presence will be sensed in all.

While he is profoundly silent,
The thunder of his words will resound;
While his movements are unseen,
Like those of a spirit-like phantom,
All the heavenly influences will follow them;
While he is thus unconcerned, impartial,
And does nothing, his genial ascendancy
Will attract and gather all people round him.

Being so, what leisure has he to do
Anything more for the winning the world?!
