Here Lies Ole TK Junior,
His Ashes in This Ole Fruit Jar,
No Money Wasted on a Casket ...
Better Spent At Some Ole Bar!
Some Say he Was Funny,
Others Say he Was Kind,
A Few Called him a Cur ...
Totally Out of his Mind!
Singer of Karaoke,
Actor On a Stage,
Never Made Much Money ...
His Writings Made No Wage!
Some Say "Ne'er-Do-Well"
Others Say "He Was Happy"
A Very Few Liked his Rantings ...
But Knave Matlack Said "'Twere Crappy!"
Some Say he Made "The Pearly Gates"
For, As a Maverick he Was Undaunted,
Others Say "Quite The Opposite" ...
For This 'They' Will Certainly Be Haunted!
"One If By Land, Two If By Sea ...
I On The Opposite Shore Shall Be!"
So ... If'n You Ever Get To Heaven ...
Stop By ... And ... See Me!
In the event I get there before you, Tom...be looking for your "still-a-red-head" writer friend!!!I'm praying St Francis will put in a good word for me :-)
