Sometimes something unexpected comes roaring down at you and catches you totally unawares.
TOMORROW
Tomorrow is not given to anyone.
Whether for good or ill it comes,
Rushing like an express train.
Don’t get caught on the tracks:
Something seemingly insignificant,
Something seemingly unimportant,
Something seemingly innocent,
Can roar down the tracks at you,
Run you down and crush you.
Better you shouldn't walk there,
But if you decide to do so,
First you should look behind you
To see if any trains are coming.
