You’ve covered me in heartprints from my head right to my toes.
Your presence leaves its marks on me so everybody knows.
The evidence is showing and it’s plain for all to see
That someone very special has been pressing in to me.
Much more than just these heartprints, I am walking on a cloud.
A love this good I can’t believe would even be allowed,
But looking in the mirror I’m just covered with these prints,
I met you and I’ve had these things all over ever since.
So let me have a look at you to see if I can tell
If maybe my own heartprints are all over you as well.
We dreamed of finding love together walking through the parks
And holding on so tightly it has left us all these marks.
I’m really not embarrassed; I will wear them as a sign
The greatest angel heart I’ve ever found is really mine.
And if it’s as I think it is and you are covered too
I hope you don’t mind wearing all the love I have for you.
