When the sea becomes the sky;
When the day takes over the night;
When the night steals away the day;
When the future disappears into the past;
When the mystery becomes the revelation;
When the secret finds the source;
When feelings of peace infuse the soul;
When eternity becomes the moment;
When the life becomes a destiny;
When despair turns into hope;
when the stranger becomes the friend;
When loneliness becomes love;
When the heat becomes fire;
When the wings become like wind;
When the drum echoes thunderous sound;
When the rose becomes a scent;
When a smile becomes a gift;
When the song becomes a prayer;
When the extended hand helps another;
When a finger to the lips signals silence;
When a hush becomes a peace;
When the heart beat becomes life’s rhythm.
however, 'now' is not a remedy because of its imperceptibility. . . only when we take our proper places, closer to the centre of a situation, all the above mentioned 22 'when' fall away by themselves. The best way to deal with time is through the space, and 'now' is always in the middle between yesterday and tomorrow. This is the most profound theme ever discussed on these pages, John ;)) Cheers, alex
