Written some time ago....
I stand here before you My heart opened wide Expressing these feelings I can't keep inside To hold you, to love you To show you the beauty Of a life we both long for And someday you'll see That life is meant to enjoy To let go and live It's not about what you can take But all what you can give Feelings, emotions Kept hidden inside Freedom to show them And not have to hide This is my longing That someday you'll say Let's share a sweet life together Our dream of Someday

Poet transends the obvious within this poetical gem in that she spells out the truth. Love and love-related situations seem to always come down to "how much do YOU love ME," and here she is explaining how is is really supposed to be. Good.
