Blinders Does He Wear

Circles of confusion

lead by souls

of perilous delusion,

Filled with harmonies of hate,

Which deride men of little faith.

For sinister is this game

which was born of shame.

One that delivers men bound by spell

unto the gates of a whoremongers hell.

For blinders does he wear,

as he travels into this world of despair,

Forgetting all...

Losing his call,

Forever failing

Against hearts a weeping.

Letting go

Of all he knows

Tempted by

The smell of youth,

He looses his senses

Looking for proof.

Looking...

searching...

for that magical dream,

all whilst,

Falling…

for a temptresses scheme.

oh woe is he,

yet, pity not him

but the remnants

of his family

which suffer of his

foolish whim.

For he shall soon see,

That wide is the fools way,

And he of which this road is traveled,

Will with agony of wretched soul pay.

There has always been and will remain to be temptations for man..It's up to man to turn away from them..
The judgement will be long for some! Very long!

Good write J. Allen!

Dear Allen,

Unfortunately I guess it's just one of those things in life, tempation is sweet, but with a bitter aftertaste ! Powerful write.

J Allen this is exceptional and more meaningful because I know
what I do. YOu are right the soul will pay the recompense!
So very sad. Hard to understand such folly!
