Invisible Bridges

I dreamed today on invisible bridges that spanned both earth and sky.

I felt the mighty rush of the knowing wind; I felt you close by my side.

The leaves of September rustled and I could hear your voice in my mind.

Yes I dreamed today on invisible bridges that spanned the distance between you and I.

Therefore of the night as the wind lulls the birds into their gentle sleep.

I will be standing watch at the gate; I will for you my promise keep.

For I see the bridge which connects heaven to this heart of mine.

And I will my love join you in due season as I too cross that bridge in time.

WE are needed here on earth for some reason, but Iam ready to go to my Tom anytime. Just thinking the other day, if I have to live a lot longer without him. Really don't care to. I even may have to live to age 91, but I hope not, that is too long without him.
