Legend would have it that the blue
rose only exist by discovery in a silvery
light cast only by moonlight shadows
Such an encounter luminous
let not the coldness of the color
freeze your heart into darkness
Rather empty your soul of blue
sadness and fill it with thorn less
love of spectrum seedlings let grow
Endeavor a life of honor and grace
amid an azure sky of vapor trails
ascending beyond the illusion of
illusive blue the roses so plenitude
matters not the color of the roses

you play so well with the swelling tones, the hue of hubris, the blue that transcends colour to trellis our hearts, haunt us with its moods... a poem I wish I'd never met again and again, and ... again...

Interesting take on La vie en rose in the title. This poem reminds me greatly of a line from Romeo and Juliet - "That which we call a rose, By any other name would smell as sweet" I like this a lot.
