Rhythm need be at very core of your soul
whether you choose to do it out loud or not
Spinning your mind just to fathom the power
gaining movement emitting outward not to miss
a beat consciously dancing through life's twists
and turns flowing consistently with art of music

those who can't hear the music.' George Carlin
You make me think of the times when I used to cut up on the dance floor, inventing new moves and not caring what the latest dance craze was. My last dance partner, the one that held me up as I was continually falling down––still getting the clap from the audience, just did her rendition of Tina Turner's Proud Mary for a recent party. She's only 70 years old but still dances like she is 20. Oh, how I miss those days! Dancing in the electric wheelchair just doesn't do it.

And those who dance have been there and done that...Vivian
If you can dance when you're sad, not just when you are happy is a great way to lose that sadness.
