Where we live now it's easy to quiet the spirit and mind and enter a meditative state. Outside is just rolling hills, mountains, and a wide variety of flora. It's really a blessing what happens to the mind and heart when you move away from the city. Enjoyed your thoughts. Peace… r
I wish I could just close my eyes and enter a whole new world of existence through meditation. I have yet to master that skill. I think my brain is too overactive for meditation.
