A poem for you

Baroness of grace with a rose in your hair
you walked in beauty like the light of day
your delicate perfume was springtime air
it scented every corner , of your sway
The newborn flowers strewn across your stare
hunger for the spade of a gardeners way
back in the day when you lived with the Baron
you bloomed each August like the Rose of Sharon

But now he has gone to a far away place
where angels are holding him close to their wing
As violets bloom where once he did trace,
his lips to the touch of your gold signet ring
you hunger for kisses to cover your face
but your young youthful lover no longer sings
He's flown up in heaven where angel's adore
and spring lasts forever beyond heaven's door

Springtime is here and its bringing no strife
perhaps you can find a new love of your own
he's gone to the angels, it cuts like a knife
adolescent love blown away from your home
the roses are blooming again bringing life
to a young Baroness with no need to atone
Baroness of grace with a rose in your heart,
spring is calling, now you must do your part.
