in our lives- that everyone we touch,
who touches us, has been put in our path
for a reason;
The briefest encounter can open a door
heal a wound or close a circle that began,
long before our birth.

You are describing a philosophy called Determinism. Where all things are clearly ordered and therefore one does not have to worry because, according to the theory, the outcome will always be favorable for those who believe.
I recall seeing two plastic, full-size, see-through models of a man and a woman at Expo 67 in Montréal. The caption for those beautiful, but different, Adam and Eve, was, "Viva la Difference."
From a scientific viewpoint where we do studies sometimes by statistical samples of very large data sets, it always proves that all of the fauna and flora that we have on the earth is a result of random mutations. Some that survived and many that didn't.
It is time we grew up and stopped being children following a higher authority that is taking us to the brink of extinction. Time we grew up and realized that the only one controlling us is ourselves.
For most of my life I disagreed with these wise words.
Now I agree with every word. It's as if I just woke up.
