As whispers of white
shift in between fresh stillness.
The cool breeze caresses
my inward self which
releases me in wonder.
I linger and gaze
at eternal vibrations
of crystal purity.
Where tiny life forms
bustle about existence
without direction
over aquatic serenity.
A small fox squirrel
scurries up a rigid oak.
To burrow sustinence
at her hollowed heart
for days as yet not arrived.
As I turn to leave
to go about drudgery
and aquire bread for life.
I linger again
for one final brief moment
to witness nature
and capture a memory of truth.
