Twelve Hours

Sorry to all my regular readers, as well as to those I regularly read, I am falling asleep early tonight, a long day this has been...

Twelve Hours…


 


Another twelve-hour day,


On sleep of but six,


So tired, butt is draggin’,


I am sorry if I don’t review,


But I can barely keep my eyes open, I do herein say…


 


There maybe a few of you I miss today,


Reading your poetry is a great part of my day,


But on this particular one, please forgive me, if I may,


I would like to go to bed early, rather than comment yea or nay…


 


I always love to comment and or review,


Will have to wait till tomorrow or not, I will be more awake in the light,


Turning off my company phone, locking the door; may even use plugs for my ears,


No need for you all to review this, as I am not doing so to some of yours,


I find my brain is fried, not drugs this time,


I feel as if I have been working for a hundred years…
