Bi-Planes…
Buzzing around the sky,
Like so many bees around a hive,
Playing war games so fun,
Hoping they don’t really enter one…
Crop dusting, & flying low,
These planes not too slow,
Chasing each other through the clouds,
Amazing to those in the crowds…
Hard to believe these planes they flew,
Through horrible weather & war, they didn’t have a clue,
Way back when these planes were a bit more new,
Before was found a cover for the cockpit, in lieu…
These men and their flying machines,
Took the local populace for flights of fancy,
Back then the flights were more than chancy,
Hell, one could lose forever his fiancée…
