Sherry's challenge was fun, more should try it, get a buzz and just write like I did! ED

HIGH write… (for Sherry’s Challenge)

My cock was in a fight,

After experiencing a spider bite,

While riding on a motorcycle,

It hit a hollow log and did a flip-flop,

Leaving it also with a black eye, all he could do was sigh…

The underground freeway is where he does like to roam,

He does follow it down to the beach to hide in the sand dunes,

Up and down over hill and dale, his ride like that of a roller coaster,

Never was he a bad boy, his eyeglasses did reveal an empty & broken heart…

While he did visit the riverbank quite often,

He did there dock his motorboat its name the Donut Hole,

Named after his business owning a Dunky Dognuts he did,

Therein he did keep his checkbook, it again being a river bank,

Although his money did stink, the water there did also stank…

His high school sweet heart the reason for his heart break,

She did die on the way home from a bow tie function on a foggy night,

On the back of his motorboat she did ride, lived on an island they did,

She never did see the next sunset, but went to the heavens on stardust so right…

You are absolutely right, Ed... this was one of the most enjoyable challenges to come along in AD. It isn't easy to "write-on-demand" and I'm so impressed with what has come from this. Yours is certainly no exception. Good stuff. katy xox.

Ed, while I was reading this I thought of Ted Kenney! I do know they were driving in a car, but for some reason I just had that vision of his car going into the water. An excellent write for the challenge. I’ll have to drop by Sherry’s Den and see what the challenge was all about, my friend. Take care and be well. Peace thru riding in a car.

Buzzingly Devilish Challenge Entry, My Friend. He owned a Dunky Dognuts!!

But a most tragic ending.

Buzz On!
