Poem Artwork

I have enough gas,

And enough money to last,

The roads are all clear,

Except for maybe a wayward dear…

How long can I stay inside,

Other than walking with the dog outside,

Just so much TV can I take,

And talking with people on the internet,

Is getting to be so boring and fake…

Its too cold to go out and wash the car,

Even driving anywhere right now seems far,

In the old days I could have gone to a bar,

But what’s the use as I no longer drink,

Of late all I’ve done is sit home and read,

Seems to me this behavior is kinda for me, quite bizarre…

Depends on what you 'read'! lol Judging from the picture, staying inside is the BEST option. Brrrrrrrrrrr

I saw the first line of this and thought it was about beans.

And after reading it, I think it still may be...

methinks you question life too much instead of just relaxing and enjoying it! With all that snow you have a good excuse to stay in and read, give Rufuz a hug for me!;-)

When I get Cabin Fever, Bro, I grab a dog or two and take a long leisurely walk through the silent snowy woods.
Get your butt up, and take old Rufie for a walk;
And I bet before long, you'll feel pretty good.

When a picture has snow and a blusih glaze...then it's very cold to me....too cold. I flash back to Branson, Missouri and frozen locks on my car and absolutely no blessings of warmth unless you hold up inside. My poor flesh dried up in the heat heat indoors and chapped hands had new meaning. Bless you with warmth and a creative mind Ed.
Blessings and love,
Susan

Oh, you must have struck a nerve with the twins. I don't do the chat
rooms either. Who really knows who is on the other in?
You didn't say you did the chat rooms though.
Twins must think you mean ad?
Oh well, you could crawl under your camper and play like your working on it for something to do maybe?
You'll get over it somehow.
You mean Camper Fever don't ya.

Not all on the Internet are fake, Ed. Most, maybe, but not my sis and I. We don't go to chat rooms, we just post on the Den and communicate with those, here. Enjoy your reading -

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

My...that does sound a bit blah. Maybe you need someone to share it with...in front of a roaring fire and a glass of hmmmm...apple juice. Just a thought :)
