Out of the house he was thrown, To wander aimlessly in his motorhome, No permanent attachments he did like, On the back with his car he carries a solitary bike… Following the sunset as far as he could, He had to buy a boat, not one made of wood, He did then follow the sun east & west, He found to travel was his life’s quest… Met he did many a soul, Trying to forget the mate that put him in this permanent role, Scared evermore to allow love in, Fearful of committing anymore sins, He kept running away from himself & his past non-wins… © ed ~ 5/17/10

what a neat write...but this isn't a 'permanent' hole...i met my man the 'sculptor' after he had a same experience and was living on his sailboat....he still has it to retreat to when one or the other of us gets cabin fever...need some alone but not left time....its off to the coast...then we reunite in refreshed joy.....

when the right one comes along..one should hang on to the boat...guarunteed peace love and harmony...hey! if it still doesn't work...it comes up a draw...its only.... back to the boat
