now its 23 yrs. old & just PAID OFF last month - HALLELUJAH!

COMPARISON - I once owned a 3,000 SQ.Ft. Rancher on 2.16 Acres n' worked my buns off - mowing, raking, composting, shoveling, driving forever to n' fro - etc.

NOW - maintenance-free, no mortgage, no RE taxes, really cheap insurance, really small lot - I PAY others to mow!

2ND SMARTEST THING = Pellet Stove - monthly cost Est. about $125/mo. x 5 mos. = $750. for Whole Heating season - Propane was Over $1,200 - SAVINGS about $450 Plus - each & every season! Stove

Yea old buddy, I tell you compared to some of the places I lived in when I was single and down and out that motor home looks pretty luxurious to me...especially with a little vino and smoke to brighten or haze the images.

I get House Fever every winter about this time. The only way to beat it is to 'get on out there' and start taking nice long walks in the wood.

At least you have a home; better than being homeless and/or out on the street ...
