I'm not sure Ed, the Bible says angels are clothed in white robes and so is Christ in Heaven. But if being free from clothing is heaven to you I hope it happens for you. I too look forward to eternal life. Well penned.

As the participants in the reality show soon find out, nakedness is not the problem. To be naked requires a very tropical environment. While most animals are protected by fur or other natural garments. Humans require clothing to survive in a very narrow niche of climate that doesn't really exist on much of the planet.

In your poem you refer to a desire to be nude in "heaven." There are cultures on earth where nudity is not a big deal. Unfortunately, some cultures equate nudity with carnal activities that they are afraid of and therefore make laws and restrictions to nudity of any kind. I have to laugh and how stupid some of these restrictions are. But it's no laughing matter to women who must cover completely in the Muslim world just to survive their men dominated society.

I'm not waiting for heaven. I'd rather we accept nudity today more openly than we ever have.
