My fiance has yet to call, been 5 days, dont know what to do...but write!

Worrisome (another version)

                Here I sit, broken hearted,

My fiancé has yet to call,

                What a sorrow.

                She has done this before,

                But not for as long,

                It’s been five days,

                How long do I wait?

                Her family doesn’t know me,

                So can’t call them,

                She lives with her aunt,

                She doesn’t talk to me.

OH god, I hope she is okay?

Maybe her cell died and she can’t call?

But there are always phones of some sort?

If she is hurt, and I am pissed off,

I will never forgive myself after I finally hear,

Please let her be alright, so I can release this fear!

Then I can be pissed off, and I would think I do have the right,

To scream and cry and make a big fight,

But for now, I just want to hear that she’s alright?

Damn, I really hate this feeling,

Maybe I should just go back to be alone,

Then I wouldn’t have the need for healing,

I would just be the only one for me to worry,

Ceptin’ of course, ole’ Ruffie dog,

Well sorry to bother my friends with this plight,

It just makes me feel better, a bit, to write…

                                                                (ed)
