but know not where I'm going.
I'm on my way...
and will be there to stay.
It has been a long haul
that has been just a ball.
Oh there were the good times...
and some not so good times.
Somehow, however, we were able to survive...
and manage to stay alive.
I'm on my way...

They say all good things must come an end.
But so too all bad things will come to an end.

Does anyone have a clue?
Many schools of thought about the afterlife from ancient times till today. Some have seen the light and the bright tunnel only to return to talk of them but have not been to the end of the tunnel to know. Ashiff
That's a question that many religions have solved by making our consciousness continue after we die. That's all wonderful wishful thinking and so ingrained that it's hard for people to grasp anything else. In fact, for those that have led miserable lives and know it, going on from here to something else is very attractive.
There's absolutely no validation of any kind that we go on after this life. There's a name for it and what I believe: existentialism. I'm an existentialist and find this life is the only one that I have, so I'm making the best of it--both enjoying it and doing all the good that I can--before it's over. If everyone would do that, 90% of our problems would be over.
