You need to love yourself first. Legend has it that the laughter of women would make the trees burst into flowers. The sound of women’s laughter was captured on temple walls and borders of Buddhist Stupas, creating a ring of positive energy and keeping out the negative energy.
I am at the age where most of life is behind me If I tell you the facts you feel it is an act I say, It is true that I act It is the artist in me that It is the splendor of my words It is the energy of my sparks It is in the smile with my tears It is in not feeling any pride It is in not being lured by power I am at the age where most of life's behind me if I tell you the facts, you feel it is all an act I say It is the beauty that I see It is the hearts that I touch It is the power of my will It is the way I believe We people all are one Non- violence is the path It is the steps that I take That is why I sing The beauty of a life The glory of the people Who taught me to be happy I say, It is in the silence in my pain is the warmth of my touch It is the sharpness of my eyes In the naughtiness of my look It is the coolness of my being It is the passion of my love, It is the sweetness of my smile That is why i sing the beauty of a life The glory of the people who taught me to be happy i say It is the grace of my self. It is the respect I command It is the bounce in my steps As I walk with head held high In this beautiful world A contented woman A woman and at peace That is why I sing Of beauty of a life The glory of the people Who taught me to be happy Even though I am at an age/where most of life is behind me..
